# The new project "Kai Tak Bay Phase 2" features three interconnected buildings offering 1,121 residential units

The Kai Tak Bay, developed in collaboration by K. WAH INT'L (00173.HK), Wheelock and China Overseas (00688.HK), today (30th) launched the new Phase 2 of the project for the first time, and the sales brochure has been uploaded.

Phase 2 of Kai Tak Bay consists of three connected residential buildings, namely Block 1A, Block 1B, and Block 1C, offering a total of 1,121 residential units, primarily consisting of one to three-bedroom units, with a very small number of studio units. Among them, one-bedroom units account for approximately 43% of the entire phase, two-bedroom units account for approximately 31%, two-bedroom units with storage rooms account for approximately 21%, and three-bedroom units account for about 5%. In terms of usable area, one-bedroom units start from 278 square feet; two-bedroom units start from 416 square feet; and three-bedroom units start from 668 square feet.

Yin Ziwei, Director of Development and Leasing (Hong Kong Property) at K. WAH INT'L, stated that the project plans to launch the new Phase 2 in the short term in its current building form, and it is expected that the project will continue its hot momentum and become the focus of the Kai Tak runway area.

Since the beginning of 2026, Phase 1 of "Kai Tak Bay" has recorded 138 transactions, with a total of 793 units sold, realizing approximately HKD 6.6 billion
