# NET-A-GO TECH: Liu Yan will be appointed as a member of the nomination committee

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research (01483), the following changes to the composition of the nomination committee will take effect from March 30, 2026: Ms. Liu Yan, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee, will be appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and Mr. Huang Chengsi, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit Committee and member of the nomination committee, will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee
