COUNTRY GARDEN (02007.HK) announced its 2025 annual results, with revenue of RMB 154.893 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 38.7%. It recorded a net profit of RMB 3.261 billion, compared to a loss of RMB 32.835 billion in the previous year, turning from loss to profit, mainly due to the recognition of debt restructuring gains of RMB 85.8 billion; earnings per share of 12 cents. No final dividend is declared
