According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jade Bird Fire (002960.SZ) released its annual report for 2025. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 4.697 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.58%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 320 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.47%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 305 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.68%. The basic earnings per share were 0.3659 yuan. It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders and to convert 2 shares for every 10 shares from the capital reserve to all shareholders
