South Korea's KOSPI index opened down 130.16 points, or 2.47%, at 5147.14 on Tuesday, March 31. Japan's Nikkei 225 index opened down 447.09 points, or 0.86%, at 51438.76 on Tuesday, March 31. (Jinshi)
