BBMG plans to privately issue no more than 11.5 billion RMB in corporate bonds
BBMG (02009.HK) announced that it plans to issue a total of no more than RMB 11.5 billion (the same below) in privately placed corporate bonds to professional investors, of which general corporate bonds will not exceed RMB 4.5 billion and have a term of no more than 10 years, and perpetual corporate bonds will not exceed RMB 7 billion with a basic term of no more than 5 years. The funds raised from this bond issuance are intended to be used for repaying bank loans, bonds, and other debt financing instruments, as well as for supplementing working capital. This bond will not be preferentially allocated to the company's shareholders
