POLY PPT SER (06049.HK) announced its annual results for the year ended last December, with a revenue of RMB 17.126 billion, an increase of 4.8% year-on-year. The net profit was RMB 1.549 billion, up 5.1% year-on-year; earnings per share were RMB 2.81. A final dividend of RMB 1.401 was declared, an increase of approximately 5.2% compared to the final dividend of RMB 1.332 for the same period in 2024, with the total proposed dividend amount accounting for 50% of the profit attributable to the owners of the company for the year.

During the period, the company's property management service revenue increased by approximately 12.6% year-on-year to about RMB 13.15 billion; non-owner value-added service revenue decreased by approximately 16.5% to about RMB 1.636 billion; community value-added service revenue decreased by approximately 13.6% to about RMB 2.34 billion
