According to the latest statistical data from CINNO•ICResearch, the total investment in China's printed circuit board (PCB) industry in 2025 is expected to be approximately 105.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.9% compared to 2024. Although the number of investment projects in China's PCB industry in 2025 has declined compared to 2024, the investment volume per project has significantly increased, with the largest single investment scale also growing. The investment landscape is concentrating on high-end products and optimizing its structure. PCBs for AI computing power have become the absolute main theme, with key investments directed towards high-level HDI, high-layer, and high-speed/high-frequency products.
