# PHANCY's revenue in 2025 is 7.1 billion, a year-on-year increase of 36%, achieving positive adjusted profit

PHANCY Technology Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 6682, referred to as "PHANCY") released its financial report for the year ending 2025 yesterday. The report shows that PHANCY's revenue for 2025 is 7.135 billion yuan, an increase of 35.6% compared to 5.261 billion yuan in the same period last year.

PHANCY focuses on the Prophet platform, covering a full-stack end-to-end product matrix including PhanthyCloud, HAMivGPU, ModelHub XC, Prophet SageAIOS, Prophet Ontology, Prophet SHIFT, and Prophet AIGS, comprehensively covering the entire process of AI model development, deployment, and computing power support, which is the core of the company's business development.

PHANCY's AI Platform revenue for 2025 is 6.552 billion yuan, an increase of 32% compared to 4.965 billion yuan in the same period last year;

PHANCY's revenue from API business in 2025 is 79.9 million yuan, an increase of 129.2% compared to 34.9 million yuan in the same period last year; revenue from Agentic AI business is 500 million yuan, an increase of 93.2% compared to 260 million yuan in the same period last year.

PHANCY's gross profit for 2025 is 2.483 billion yuan, an increase of 10.6% compared to 2.245 billion yuan in the same period last year. PHANCY's gross profit margin for 2025 is 34.8%, a decrease of 7.9 percentage points compared to 42.7% in the same period last year.

PHANCY's sales and marketing expenses for 2025 are 205 million yuan, administrative expenses are 154 million yuan, and research and development expenses are 2.337 billion yuan.

 PHANCY reported an operating loss of 133 million in 2025, compared to an operating loss of 355 million in the same period last year; the annual loss was 37.78 million, while the loss in the same period last year was 296 million.

PHANCY's adjusted net profit for 2025 was 6.33 million, compared to an adjusted net loss of 292 million in the same period last year; the adjusted profit attributable to the company's owners was 17.84 million, compared to -265 million in the same period last year, achieving a turnaround to profitability.

As of December 31, 2025, PHANCY's liquid cash resources amounted to 3.774 billion, compared to 2.3 billion in the same period last year.

As of December 31, 2025, PHANCY had a total of 619 employees, while on December 31, 2024, the company had 967 employees.
