TRANSTECH (09963.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ended last December, with a revenue of HKD 96.234 million, a year-on-year decrease of 35%. The loss widened to HKD 98.304 million, compared to a loss of HKD 94.846 million in the same period last year; the loss per share was HKD 0.3781. No dividend was declared
