# Q P GROUP released its annual performance report, with a profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 59.4 million, a decrease of 54% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Q P GROUP (01412) announced its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2025. The group achieved total revenue of HKD 1.125 billion during the period, a decrease of 7.1% year-on-year; the profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 59.4 million, a decrease of 54% year-on-year; basic earnings per share were HKD 0.1116; and a final dividend of HKD 0.05 per share is proposed.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a softening consumer atmosphere in certain markets, leading to reduced demand for the group's products from some major OEM customers, resulting in a decline in OEM sales
