# HENGAN INT'L completes the issuance of 2 billion RMB ultra-short-term financing

HENGAN INT'L (01044.HK) announced the completion of the issuance of the third phase of ultra-short-term financing bonds with a principal amount of RMB 2 billion (the same below), with a coupon rate set at 1.68% per annum and a term of 183 days. Immediately following the completion, the remaining approved but unissued debt financing instruments amount to RMB 800 million.

The proceeds from the issuance of the third phase of ultra-short-term financing bonds are intended to be used to supplement the working capital of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as to repay the company's debts and some bank loans of domestic subsidiaries
