YONGDA AUTO (03669.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ended last December, with a revenue of RMB 54.6 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 13.9%. It turned from profit to a loss of RMB 5.072 billion, compared to a profit of RMB 201 million in the same period last year; the loss per share is RMB 2.72. No dividend is declared.

The board announced that Chen Yi will no longer serve as the company's vice president and will be reassigned from executive director to non-executive director, effective today (31st)
