According to the announcement from Shunwang Technology (300113.SZ), the company plans to use its own funds of 42.04824 million yuan to acquire a 32.3448% equity stake in Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea") held by Mr. Fu Zeyu. After the transaction is completed, the company's equity stake in Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea will increase to 72%, making Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea a subsidiary controlled by the company.
