Morgan Advanced Materials ( (GB:MGAM) ) just unveiled an update.

Morgan Advanced Materials has granted a series of conditional long-term incentive plan (LTIP) awards in the form of ordinary shares to several senior executives, including the CEO, CFO and other key PDMRs, under its 2022 share plan. The awards, made off-market on 26 March 2026 at a reference price of £1.929 per share, will vest over three years subject to performance conditions, further aligning leadership remuneration with shareholder value and long-term strategic targets.

The largest allocation went to chief executive Damien Caby, alongside substantial grants to CFO Richard Armitage and divisional and functional heads across HR, legal, IT and core product lines, signalling a broad-based incentive structure at the top of the organisation. The move underscores the company’s continued reliance on equity-linked pay to retain and motivate senior management amid competitive industrial markets and to reinforce accountability for delivering its multi-year performance objectives.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:MGAM) stock is a Buy with a £207.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Morgan Advanced Materials stock, see the GB:MGAM Stock Forecast page.

**Spark’s Take on MGAM Stock**

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, MGAM is a Neutral.

The score is led by mixed fundamentals: strong and improving cash flow is a clear positive, but recent revenue/profit deterioration and meaningful leverage constrain the financial profile. Technicals are notably weak with the stock in a downtrend, partially offset by supportive valuation (low P/E and high dividend). Earnings call guidance suggests modest improvement, but ongoing semiconductor/segment weakness and higher financing costs keep risk elevated.
