ProVen VCT plc and ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc have moved to expand their ongoing fundraising, exercising an over-allotment facility that lifts the maximum amount each trust can raise from £15 million to £20 million in new ordinary shares. The step signals strong investor demand for the offers and provides additional capacity for subscriptions ahead of the end of the 2025/26 tax year, with the offers scheduled to close in early April for that tax year and by the end of April 2026 for 2026/27, subject to earlier closure or extension at the directors’ discretion.
