SINOHYTEC (02402.HK) announced that the company's auditor needs additional time to complete the audit procedures, thus the publication of the full-year results for 2025 will be delayed, and it is expected to be published on or before April 27, 2026.
The company's shares will be suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 AM on April 1, 2026, pending the publication of the full-year results for 2025
