# WATER INDUSTRY: Another creditor intends to attend and support the company's liquidation hearing

WATER INDUSTRY (01129.HK) announced that the company has been informed that creditor Gao Yuan and the second supporting creditor Zhao Yuan will no longer be creditors of the company and will not appear in any petition hearing.

In addition, the company received a notice from a creditor, Wang Qi, regarding an outstanding debt of HKD 2 million, indicating their intention to attend the petition hearing scheduled for April 29 to support the liquidation petition against the company.

Currently, the court has not issued a liquidation order to liquidate the company. The company is currently in friendly negotiations with the petitioner regarding the repayment of outstanding amounts owed to the petitioner and will actively seek any possible repayment plan with supporting creditors
