# "Performance" WENYE GROUP turned a loss into a profit of 846 million yuan last year

WENYE GROUP (01802.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ended last December, with a revenue of RMB 106 million, an increase of 687.1% year-on-year. It turned a loss into a profit of RMB 846 million, compared to a loss of RMB 95.379 million in the same period last year; earnings per share were RMB 1.11. No dividend was declared.

The company's shares have been suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 9:00 AM on December 5, 2025, and will continue to be suspended until the resumption guidelines are met
