KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (2513.HK) reported an expanded loss of RMB 4.69 billion last year, compared to a loss of RMB 2.95 billion the previous year. TCL ELECTRONICS will invest nearly JPY 75.3 billion, approximately HKD 3.781 billion, to acquire a 51% stake in the company that owns Sony's home entertainment business, as well as full ownership of Sony's Malaysian subsidiary SOEM.
