# 3SBIO rose 10.25% in half a day, distributing all shares of Mandi International

3SBIO (01530.HK) distributed all shares of Mandi International in kind, opening up 3.36% today, with a peak at 25 HKD. It closed at 24.96 HKD at noon, up 10.25%, with a trading volume of 38.3572 million shares, involving 922 million HKD.

3SBIO announced that it will distribute a special dividend in kind, distributing all shares of Mandi held by the company to eligible shareholders in proportion to their holdings before the proposed spin-off is completed. The company announced the proposed spin-off of Mandi International shares last November and plans to list independently on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Currently, the company holds an 87.16% stake in Mandi International, which is a professional consumer pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and providing comprehensive and long-term solutions in the fields of skin health and weight management.
