According to a report from Economic News Agency on the 1st, BAIOO (02100) announced that Executive Director and Chairman of the Board Trudy Dai purchased a total of 450,000 shares of the company's common stock with a par value of USD 0.0000005 through Stmoritz Investment Limited at an average price of HKD 0.416 per share on March 31 of this year.
