# Strictest Ever Power Bank Regulations to Take Effect in April 2027, Multiple Battery Cell Companies Pass Preliminary Tests

China's first mandatory national standard, the "Technical Specification for Mobile Power Safety," was officially released on March 31, 2026, and will be implemented on April 1, 2027.
