The initial exercise price of the warrants is HKD 7.02, making the total cost HKD 7.12, which is a premium of 42.69% compared to today's (1st) closing price. Assuming full exercise, the issuance of new shares will account for 7.4% of the enlarged share capital, with additional net proceeds of HKD 925 million
