Aberdeen Global Dynamic Dividend Fund of Benef Interest ( (AGD) ) just unveiled an announcement.

On April 1, 2026, abrdn Global Dynamic Dividend Fund entered into an amended and restated distribution agreement with ALPS Distributors, Inc. and a related sub-placement agent agreement with UBS Securities LLC, enabling the fund to sell up to $100 million of common shares in at-the-market transactions under its existing shelf registration.
