# Ning Hanhao: Will not easily reinvest in Hongqiao Industrial Park Company, expects to bring nearly 4 billion in economic benefits annually in a few years

The Director of the Development Bureau, Ning Hanhao, stated to "Hong Kong and Taiwan" that investing HKD 10 billion in the Hongqiao Industrial Park Company in the North is a worthwhile investment. The initial funding is only responsible for developing 8 hectares of land, while the remaining 15 hectares will need to be borne by the industrial park company itself. It is expected that in several years, this could bring nearly HKD 4 billion in economic benefits annually, which will later increase to HKD 11 billion per year.

She expressed expectations for the industrial park company, stating that the government will not easily inject more funds again, but if future developments go well and more funding is needed to "grow bigger and stronger," the government will not close the door, emphasizing that it will assess the situation as it evolves
