# UBS: China's Power and Resource Sectors Poised for Multi-Year Growth Cycle

On April 2nd, UBS Wealth Management Chief Investment Office (CIO) published its institutional view, believing that driven by policy support, structural demand growth, and overseas expansion, China's power and resource sectors are expected to enter a multi-year growth cycle. UBS stated that investment in power grids and renewable energy will significantly increase during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. Additionally, the growing load of artificial intelligence (AI) data centers and accelerating electrification are reshaping the structure of power demand.
