In late March, the State Grid launched two major projects: on March 14th, the first 500 kV transmission and transformation project of Sichuan's "14th Five-Year Plan" began construction simultaneously, with a total investment of nearly 1.1 billion yuan; on March 30th, the first ultra-high voltage project during the "14th Five-Year Plan" — the Panxi ultra-high voltage AC project officially started construction, with a total investment of approximately 23.2 billion yuan.
