# Banks struggle to cross the finish line on $7.2 billion Seale Air LBO deal

A $7.2 billion debt package backing Clayton, Dubilier & Rice’s takeover of Sealed Air Corp. has forced banks, led by JP Morgan, to make concessions to get the deal done, including selling the debt at a steep discount.
