# Listed Banks Distribute Generous Dividends; High Yield Highlights Long-Term Allocation Value

As of April 2, 22 A-share listed banks have disclosed their 2025 profit distribution plans, with the six major state-owned banks planning a total annual dividend payout exceeding 420 billion yuan. Among joint-stock banks, China Merchants Bank takes the lead, with a proposed final dividend total for 2025 of 25.296 billion yuan and a proposed full-year dividend total exceeding 50 billion yuan. CNCB and INDUSTRIAL BANK both propose full-year dividend totals exceeding 20 billion yuan, with proposed final dividends of 10.740 billion yuan and 10.603 billion yuan, respectively. Among city commercial banks, for the banks that have released dividend plans so far, with the exception of Bank of Zhengzhou which explicitly stated it will not distribute dividends, other banks show high enthusiasm for dividend payouts.
