# "YunYao Aerospace" completes 500 million yuan strategic financing

36Kr learned that recently, "Cloud Remote Aerospace" completed a B+ round of strategic financing, with a financing amount exceeding 500 million yuan. This round of financing was jointly invested by several strategic investment institutions, including Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Fund, Yuekai Capital, Jiangsu Jianyin Investment, and Hongfu Asset, while existing shareholders Yuanhang Capital and Meihua Venture Capital continued to increase their investment, along with participation from multiple listed companies. The funds raised will focus on three core directions: first, to accelerate the manufacturing and network launch process of the "Cloud Remote Meteorological Constellation" multi-payload satellites; second, to strengthen the development of commercial SAR payloads and satellite manufacturing capabilities, enhancing the level of core technology autonomy and controllability; third, to deeply explore the application value of meteorological data, using systems and products such as new energy power forecasting, electricity trading, and meteorological navigation as leverage to expand the global commercial market layout
