Domestic Route Fuel Surcharge Adjusted Today, 120 Yuan Charged for Routes Over 800 Kilometers

Recently, multiple airlines including Air China, Xiamen Air, and China United Airlines issued announcements adjusting the collection standards for fuel surcharges on domestic passenger transportation on domestic routes.

For tickets sold from April 5, 2026 (inclusive), the collection standard for fuel surcharges on domestic passenger transportation on domestic routes will be adjusted to:

For routes of 800 kilometers (inclusive) or less, a charge of 60 yuan per passenger;

For routes over 800 kilometers, a charge of 120 yuan per passenger.

Infants who are entitled to 10% of the adult ordinary fare for domestic civil aviation according to regulations are exempt from the fuel surcharge.
