He stated that at the time, he was thinking about not having taken any government money and "wanted to show off a bit, that I could do such cool things on my own." Zhang Xue emphasized that it is precisely because of the excellent environment in Chongqing that Zhang Xue Motorcycle has been able to achieve today's results within two years. Zhang Xue mentioned that the reason Zhang Xue Motorcycle chose Chongqing is that it is the city with the richest motorcycle supporting resources and the most complete range of industrial manufacturing in the country, especially in terms of high-performance heavy motorcycles and talent. 80%-90% of Zhang Xue Motorcycle's engineers and middle to senior management personnel come from Chongqing
