# Frasers Hospitality to open 18 serviced residences in Asia by 2028

**The expansion is anchored by a new flagship Fraser Suites in Bangkok.**

Singapore-based Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Frasers Property, plans to open 18 new serviced and hotel residences across Asia by 2028.

The pipeline is anchored by a new Fraser Suites flagship in Bangkok, Thailand, set to open in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.

The 261-room property will occupy the top 10 floors of a 45-storey office tower integrated with the 160,000 sqm One Bangkok retail development.

The group has also secured six new signings across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, and Japan.

Two of these properties are expected to open this year, contributing to a total of seven new residences to launch across Asia in 2026.

Amongst the projects are Capri by Fraser in Penang and Fraser Residence Putrajaya in Malaysia, to launch in Q2.

Meanwhile, Fraser Residence Hinode City in Hanoi, Vietnam, is scheduled to open by the end of the year.

The group will also open two Modena by Fraser properties in Chengdu and Dalian, China, in Q3 and Q3 2027, respectively, as well as Fraser Place Roppongi in Tokyo, Japan, in Q3 2026.
