Barings Private Credit stated that it has accepted 6,974,335 shares at a price per share equal to the net asset value as of March 31, representing 5.0% of the total Issued Shares as of December 31, 2025. Of the shares validly tendered and not properly withdrawn prior to the expiration of the offer, the company accepted for purchase approximately 44.3% on a pro-rata basis.
