# AI competition officially enters a new stage of intelligent agents, with software development concepts leading the gains. The software ETF Harvest (159852) is positioning for AI software investment opportunities

On the morning of April 7, 2026, the software development concept saw significant gains. As of 10:17, the CSI Software Services Index rose by 0.89%. Among the constituent stocks, DaMeng Data increased by 3.18%, TuoWei Information rose by 2.44%, YunTian LiFei went up by 2.20%, RunHe Software climbed by 2.00%, and CaiFu Trend increased by 1.66%.

Guojin Securities pointed out that, represented by the consensus from the Tsinghua AGI-Next Summit, the industry has clearly marked the end of the "Chat" era, and AI competition has officially entered a new stage centered on autonomous planning, task decomposition, and tool invocation; the emergence of milestone applications like Claude Code and OpenClaw confirms this shift.

Shenwan Hongyuan Research emphasized that as foundational model capabilities mature, the limiting factor for agents is no longer the model itself, but the entire "control system" built around it, which includes tool invocation, permission control, multi-agent scheduling, prompt engineering, and cost optimization; both Anthropic and OpenAI have clearly defined Harness in their technical blogs as the core engineering paradigm for ensuring stable execution of long, complex, multi-turn tasks, which is essentially a unified operating system and software engineering methodology for the AI era.

Data shows that as of March 31, 2026, the top ten weighted stocks in the CSI Software Services Index are iFLYTEK, TongHuaShun, Kingsoft Office, TuoWei Information, HangSeng Electronics, 360, ZhiNanZhen, RunHe Software, ShenXinFu, and ZhongKe XingTu, with the top ten weighted stocks accounting for a total of 59.47%.
