# BlackRock: Emerging market dollar debt is currently quite attractive.

BlackRock strategists stated in a report that emerging market dollar-denominated debt appears attractive as Middle East wars push up the dollar. They noted that dollar-denominated debt is unaffected by local currency fluctuations.
