GIGADEVICE (03986.HK) announced that due to personal funding needs, Chairman and Executive Director Zhu Yiming intends to reduce his holdings of the company's A shares by no more than 11.21 million shares, accounting for approximately 1.6% of the company's total share capital, during the period from April 30, 2026, to July 29, 2026
