# The new project Huang Daxian Hui Chun is launching 10 units for sale on Sunday. This month has recorded 8 transactions with cashing out exceeding 45 million

WANG ON PPT (01243.HK) has launched the sales arrangement No. 2 for Wong Tai Sin Hui Chun, involving 10 units, including 1 two-bedroom A unit, 5 two-bedroom L units, and 2 three-bedroom H units. Based on the maximum discount of 30% off the selling price, the discounted prices range from HKD 7.022 million to HKD 9.948 million. The units will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis this Sunday (12th).

WANG ON PPT's Executive Director Cheng De-yun stated that Hui Chun recorded 8 transactions in April, with a total transaction amount exceeding HKD 45 million
