# Rokid Founder Mingo Zhu Responds: Company Restructuring and Joint-Stock Reform Proceeding at Normal Pace

Reports suggest that smart glasses company Rokid is preparing to submit a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as early as the end of April. Rokid founder Mingo Zhu did not respond to the listing rumors but stated: "The company will proceed with its joint-stock reform at a normal pace, and the company currently has abundant cash flow."
