## Changguang Chenxin and Qunhe Technology Public Offering, Entry Fees Exceed HKD 4,000 and HKD 3,800 Respectively

Today, two new stocks are open for public offering:

Changguang Chenxin (3277.HK), with a lot size of 100 shares, offering price of HKD 39.88, and an entry fee of HKD 4,028.23.

Qunhe Technology (0068.HK), with a lot size of 500 shares, offering price ranging from HKD 6.72 to HKD 7.62, and an entry fee of HKD 3,848.43.

Both offerings close for subscription on April 14, with listings expected on the 17th.

## Fund Shareholder Liquidates Green Tea Group, Sells Nearly 16% of Shares

The semi-new stock Green Tea Group (6831.HK) has a fund shareholder selling all of its over 106 million company shares, equivalent to nearly 16% of the company's issued share capital. The private equity fund Partners Group has appointed a placement agent to sell over 60 million shares. Additionally, it will sell over 23 million shares to investment funds and shares worth no more than USD 30 million to strategic corporate buyers. Green Tea Group believes that the sale will not have a significant impact on the group's business operations and financial condition.

## Legend Holdings Fully Sells Eastern Airlines Logistics Equity, Cashing Out Over RMB 2.7 Billion

Legend Holdings (3396.HK) has sold all of its shares in Eastern Airlines Logistics, expecting a pre-tax profit of nearly RMB 300 million. Legend Holdings sold nearly 180 million shares of Eastern Airlines Logistics to China Logistics Capital, accounting for over 11% of Eastern Airlines Logistics' equity, for a cash consideration of over RMB 2.7 billion. The company believes that the transaction will help strengthen its financial and cash position.

## China Aluminum Industry Issues Earnings Upgrade, First Quarter Net Profit Expected to Increase by At Least 50%

China Aluminum Industry (2600.HK) has issued an earnings upgrade, expecting a year-on-year increase of at least 50% in net profit for the first quarter, amounting to at least RMB 5.3 billion. This is mainly due to cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as an increase in self-mining ratio
