The Hang Seng Index closed at 25,752 points, down 140 points or 0.5%. The Hang Seng Tech Index reported 4,821 points, down 101 points or 2.1%. The National Index fell 65 points or 0.8%, closing at 8,611 points. The total market turnover was HKD 244.977 billion.
