# SINOPEC plans to sell the land of Jinghua City. Jiang Wan'an: If the judgment indicates that the 20% tolerance is illegal, it will be handled according to the law

Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an went to the Taipei City Council this afternoon to deliver a policy report. Regarding the scandal involving the Beijing Huacheng project by SINOPEC's subsidiary Dingyue Development, SINOPEC issued a major announcement yesterday, stating that due to delays in the construction and sales schedule of the Huacheng Plaza development project, it has decided to initiate a land strategy for Huacheng Plaza, intending to sell the land of Huacheng City, based on a 728% floor area ratio.

Chiang Wan-an stated that the city government has not yet received the judgment document. As for the 20% controversial floor area bonus, Chiang said that as long as the judgment document clearly indicates that the 20% bonus is illegal, the city government will complete the relevant procedures in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act
