The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce recently issued the "Shanghai 2026 Consumption Expansion Action Plan." The plan proposes to vigorously develop the duty-free and tax refund economy. Promote the "buy now, refund now" service and increase the number of intelligent tax refund terminals for departing travelers. Expand the trial scope of the "EasyGo Tax Refund" online service platform for departing travelers. Support high-quality domestic brands in entering duty-free sales channels and advance the construction of inbound duty-free shops at the Shanghai Port International Passenger Terminal.
