# Horizon Robotics commences an Equity Buyback Plan for 1,320,029,368 shares, representing 10% of its issued share capital, under the authorization approved on June 10, 2025.

Horizon Robotics (SEHK:9660) commences share repurchases on April 9, 2026, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on June 10, 2025. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 1,320,029,368 shares, representing 10% of the issued share capital. The repurchases will result in an increase of net asset value and the earnings per share.

Repurchases made pursuant to the New Repurchase Mandate would be funded from legally available for such purpose in accordance with the Articles of Association, the Listing Rules, the applicable laws of the Cayman Islands and/or any other applicable laws. The authority shall expire at the earliest of the next Annual General Meeting, the date on which the next Annual General Meeting is required to be held or the date on which the authority is varied or revoked in a General Meeting. As at June 10, 2025, the company has 13,200,293,682 Shares shares in issue, comprising 2,124,389,270 Class A Shares and 11,075,904,412 Class B Shares.
