# RONGTA TECH delays the publication of its fiscal year 2025 performance and continues to suspend trading

RONGTA TECH (09881.HK) announced that the publication of the 2025 annual results is pending the completion of an independent investigation by the audit committee and further audit work by the auditor. As of the date of this announcement, the auditor has not assessed whether they will issue an unqualified opinion on the annual results.

The company stated that after the audit committee completes the independent investigation and the auditor completes the audit work, the company plans to publish the annual results in April 2026.

Trading of the company's shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 AM on April 1, 2026, and will continue to be suspended until the company publishes the annual results
