# SMOORE's first-quarter revenue is 3.86 billion: a year-on-year increase of 42%, total comprehensive income of 130 million decreased by 39%

SMOORE International Holdings Limited (referred to as "SMOORE", stock code: "6969") recently released its financial report for the period ending March 31, 2026. The report shows that SMOORE's revenue for the first quarter of 2026 was 3.856 billion yuan, an increase of 41.7% compared to 2.722 billion yuan in the same period last year.

In the first quarter of 2026, SMOORE's revenue from business to enterprise customers was 3.267 billion yuan, an increase of 48.6% compared to 2 billion yuan in the same period last year; among this, revenue from electronic atomization products and related technical services and special purpose atomization products was 2.524 billion yuan, an increase of 21.8% compared to 2.072 billion yuan in the same period last year; revenue from heated non-combustion products and technical services was 664 million yuan, compared to 46.6 million yuan in the same period last year; revenue from atomization medical technology services was 79.3 million yuan, a decrease of 1.7% compared to 80.7 million yuan in the same period last year.

SMOORE's revenue from its own brand business in the first quarter of 2026 was 589 million yuan, an increase of 12.6% compared to 509 million yuan in the same period last year.

SMOORE's profit for the first quarter of 2026 was 263 million yuan, an increase of 36.6% compared to 192 million yuan in the same period last year; total comprehensive income was 128 million yuan, a decrease of 38.5% compared to 208 million yuan in the same period last year.

SMOORE's adjusted profit for the first quarter of 2026 was 347 million yuan, an increase of 10.7% compared to 314 million yuan in the same period last year;

During this period, SMOORE continued to invest in TranspireBio Inc. Its atomization medical business focuses on enhancing the technical platform and pipeline products within TranspireBio.

The loss from SMOORE's atomization medical business in the first quarter of 2026 was 120 million yuan; the adjusted net profit, excluding atomization medical business revenue, was 467 million yuan, an increase of 25.7% compared to 372 million yuan in the same period last year.

As of now, SMOORE's stock price is 9.88 HKD, with a market capitalization of 61.2 billion HKD.
