# CARRIANNA: Ma Hongming has been reassigned as a non-executive director

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CARRIANNA (00126) stated that Mr. Ma Hongming has resigned as Vice Chairman of the Board due to his intention to focus on other business developments and to cooperate with the company's work adjustments. He will be transferred from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director, effective from April 10, 2026
