# CICC: Audit and other work related to the absorption and merger of Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. and Cinda Securities is not yet complete

CICC announced that the company, Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd., and Cinda Securities are planning for the company to absorb and merge Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. and Cinda Securities by issuing A-share stocks to all A-share exchange shareholders of Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. and all A-share exchange shareholders of Cinda Securities. Since the disclosure of the transaction proposal, the company and related parties have been actively advancing the work related to this transaction. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the audit and other work related to this transaction have not yet been completed. After the relevant work is completed, the company will convene another board meeting to review the relevant proposals for this transaction, and will fulfill subsequent procedures and information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
