# The Cyberspace Administration of China and the National Railway Administration jointly interviewed 7 third-party platforms involved in train ticket sales

Recently, in accordance with the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Security Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure," the **Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission and the National Railway Administration jointly summoned seven third-party internet platforms involved in train ticket sales, including Trip.com, TONGCHENGTRAVEL, Qunar, Fliggy, Meituan, Zhixing Train Ticket, and High-speed Rail Butler.** They required the relevant platforms to strictly implement the requirements of cybersecurity laws and regulations, **not to use automated programs to carry out large-scale and high-frequency ticket grabbing operations that interfere with the security verification measures of the railway 12306 platform, and not to interfere with or endanger the safe and stable operation of the railway 12306 platform.**

Relevant departments will strengthen technical monitoring, and if any behavior is found that uses technical means to interfere with or endanger the safety of the railway 12306 platform, it will be seriously investigated and dealt with in accordance with the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on the Security Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure," and other laws and regulations.
